At Tied With Love, we pour our heart into creating unique, handcrafted bow and rag garlands for your home and celebrations. We want you to be delighted with your purchase! Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, we offer returns for store credit only under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return (Store Credit Only)

You may return an item for store credit if it is:

Unused and in its original condition. This means the garland must be free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and include all original packaging and tags.

Returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity and uniqueness of our handmade items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit:

Custom or Personalized Orders: Any garlands made specifically to your unique specifications, including specific color combinations, lengths, or personalized elements.

Final Sale Items: Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on our website.

Damaged by Customer: Items that show signs of damage, misuse, or alteration after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please email us at Tied With Love within the eligibility window 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Your Return

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

Recommended Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Packaging: Please package the item carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Return Address: We will provide the return address with your RA number.
5. Processing Store Credit

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, original condition).

Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for us to process your store credit.

Store Credit Issuance:

A store credit will be issued in the form of a unique gift card code sent to the email address used for your original purchase.

The store credit will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only, excluding original shipping costs.

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your garland arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days at tiedwithlovexoxo@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect.

We will assess the situation and work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit, on a case-by-case basis. This is handled separately from our standard return policy.
