1. Order Processing Time

Handcrafted with Care: All of our bow and rag garlands are handmade Please allow 3 business days for your orders to be carefully crafted, quality-checked, and packaged before it ships. This applies to instock fabric only. Special orders require extended time.

Peak Seasons: During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day) or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any significant delays on our website or through email.

We ship to all 50 states within the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii
7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we meticulously package each order, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tiedwithlovexoxo@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product price, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred by us.
